When inserting a image and then delete it, the image is still there. Even clear cache and refresh don’t fix this. I assume when you delete the shortcode and start again it’s fine. Also it’s not possible to use a gallery and a say picture frame on the same page. ( FF on a Mac, in IE 7 the first image is not displaying Other browsers not test it yet!)
