All Theme Dutch themes bought via our partner marketplaces always have real support included. What does this mean exactly? Of course we like to have happy costumers who are satisfied with our products. We give support at all times for theme related issues, such as bugs. And, if our customers can muster a little respect and not immediately assume that a theme is not good if it fails or goes wrong, we always try to give support or tips, even if it is not a bug. Sometimes a support request is in reality a customization job. Or, requests for help go far beyond answering several questions. Then we feel the right to refer to our customization plans. Selling a theme doesn’t mean we need to build a website partially. But, we certainly are nice and friendly people and you can feel free to contact us at anytime.
Real support included: Helpdesk & forum
We have already explained that our themes have real support included. Please visit our website and go to our support page if you feel the need for more information. We do not provide support via e-mail, but always via our ticket system. We are very customer friendly, but wish to streamline support requests as well as possible, as honestly as possible, so in order of entry. Now you know what our idea is about: real support included.
