    Hello

    I have UM Profiler installed. I can not get my pages to look like the demo pages at all. I went through them one by one and compared to my live site. See attachments. Thanks.

    Hi pdane,

    Did you try to follow the manual instruction? You can copy the templates manually in the theme.
    You also need these Ultimate Member add-ons (if you want to have it look exactly like the demo):
    Ultimate Member - followers
    Ultimate Member - Friends
    Ultimate Member - Private messages
    Ultimate Member - User reviews
    Ultimate Member - Verified users
    For these add-ons, please visit the website from Ultimate Member

    Manual instructions? I installed the plugin. Activated it. Then tested the templates. I have aal UMP extensions.

    I meant this page

    However, your profiles can not look the same as the demo if you don’t activated followers, friends, private messages (see above)

    And as I said, I have ALL extensions. They are installed and activated. I realize they can’t look the same if the extensions are not activated. So now can we love on and see why it’s not looking the same?

    Fair to say we have the plugin installed correctly. As well as we have Ultimate Memeber Pro extensions activated as well.

    Hi pdane,

    Please try to copy manually the templates in the plugin and paste it to your ultimate member template located in your theme.
    also check your CSS and Settings. I think you have to setup your settings properly.

    Also your information should be also synchronize to all the members.
